Our Refund Policy

 

At Elevix Media, we’re committed to delivering high-quality creative and strategic marketing solutions. Due to the nature of our services—many of which involve time, strategy, creative assets, and customized client deliverables—we operate under a limited refund policy.

Please review the following terms that govern refunds for our services:

  • Custom Services Are Non-Refundable: Once a project has been initiated or delivered (whether in part or full), payments made are generally non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: If a project is canceled before any work has started, clients may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative or setup fees.

  • Unsatisfactory Work: If you’re not satisfied with a specific deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the work. We are happy to revise and address concerns. Refunds in these cases are at the sole discretion of Elevix Media.

  • Digital Products and Subscriptions: For digital content or subscription-based services, refunds will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed or downloaded.
